The data controller for this platform is Nexus Transport Group.

As part of using this platform, we process in particular: Discord account data (ID, name, avatar), application data, trip data, support ticket content, and security-relevant log data (audit log).

3. Purpose of processing

The data is used exclusively to manage the virtual trucking company, manage members, and secure the system.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, deletion and export of your data. You can submit requests via "My Data" in the driver portal or via a support ticket.

5. Anonymization

When a driver account is deleted, security-relevant log data (audit logs) is not fully deleted for legal reasons, but anonymized.

6. Cookies

Only technically necessary cookies for login and session management are used.
